This site is the result of an extensive redesign for the City of San Juan Capistrano. Previously, the site had been static, making timely updates problematic. Site content is now dynamically generated, with a content management system designed to provide hierarchical permissions to update functions and notification of implemented changes. Designed to support and promote Accredited Home Lenders' retail mortgage operations, I created this site from scratch. I arranged for the lease of several elements that would otherwise have been unattainable due to lack of resources. These elements include the back-end calculator programming, mortgage applications, glossary content and sweepstakes. Although the application and sweepstakes functions are self-contained and reside on a third-party server, all leased elements were integrated as seamlessly as possible. Aside from these instances, all graphics and copy are my own. I also managed all relationships associated with the site, including those with internal staff and external vendors, such as Internet Service Providers, search engine ranking services, domain name registrars and ad partners. Designed to support and promote Accredited Home Lenders' wholesale mortgage operations, I created this site from scratch. The only requirement was to incorporate the rainbow theme used for the Accredited trade show booth. Stock art resources were limited to items included in the company's previous site. Working within these limitations, I made extensive modifications to the existing artwork. The result was a much cleaner, Web-appropriate look. Content, format and navigation structure were completely rehauled to produce an organized, cohesive, user-friendly site. I also managed all relationships associated with the site, including those with internal staff and external vendors, such as Internet Service Providers, domain name registrars, ad partners and lender networks.
